History & story
In the heart of Verbier mountains, Experimental Chalet offers a selection of 39 rooms and suites, some with terraces, jacuzzis or panoramic views of the surrounding Alpines peaks and Mont Combin. With open spaces and natural light, the comfortable, minimalist design by Milanese architect Fabrizio Casiraghi is inspired by mid-century resorts, with deep jewel and sorbet tones, and lacquered wood.
Location
Right on the main road but with valley views from the front-facing rooms. The main gondola is a 10-minute uphill walk, or there are regular hotel transfers to all the lifts. Verbier’s pretty centre is a few minutes’ walk away, offering various bars, restaurants and shops.
