L’Oscar London
History & story
L’oscar London has been created from a Baroque-style, grade II listed church, the former Headquarters of the Baptist Church.
Once left derelict, this 110-year-old treasure has been subject to a no-expense-spared refurbishment by the highly-esteemed French architect and designer Jacques Garcia creating his first London hotel. Set near Covent Garden, imagination and attention to detail is woven into the fabric of L’oscar, from the sumptuously-decorated bedrooms, velvet and leather interiors, exquisitely-unique champagne coupes, crystal butterfly wing taps and seven-storey chandelier.
Location
Set near Covent Garden and the centre of a thriving mix of shops, restaurants, and bars that form part of the city’s coolest high-end district.
L’oscar is on the border of Bloomsbury and Holborn, Central London districts known for their literary and law-making pedigree.
