On Marbella’s Golden Mile, this edition of the popular Nobu Hotel group has, of course, a certain Japanese restaurant at its heart and the good news is that its food is available around the clock (if you need some black cod miso at 2am, no-one’s judging). The famous menu has some Andalusian additions. The hotel is steps from the shore, with a Six Senses spa, gym and electrolyte-enhanced mocktails by the pool to offset the Marbella excess.
