On the banks of Herengracht Canal, Amsterdam’s Waldorf Astoria is formed from a series of historic 17th- and 18th-century merchant houses. It’s a couple of blocks away from Rembrandt Square and close to the Museum Quarter. The hotel is home to a Guerlain spa, all-day dining and creative cocktails at the elegant Peacock Alley, elaborate afternoon teas that change every season and Spectrum, which won two Michelin stars within seven months of opening.
